Learn about three approaches used to guide secondary immigrant learners in finding sense of belonging through self and cultural identity explorations. Students' works will be discussed within these three pedagogical approaches: Buffington and Waldner's critical response cycle, Acuff and Kraehe's countervisual strategies, and Shin et al.'s S-R-C strategies.
