About me
I started art teaching in 1976. I graduated from University of California Irvine and did my masters at Indiana University. Spent a summer in Paris at art school! I will always have Paris! I love collage and assemblage. My favorite artists are Matisse, Louise nevelson, Miriam Shapiro, Edward Hopper and the list goes on and on. I have attended national conferences over the years and have met personally Duane Hanson and Robert Indiana. I always connect my art projects with an artist. Art history is important to connect different styles for students to make up their own style. Faith Ringgold said that! I love connecting with other artists and helping new art teachers!
