2025 NAEA National Convention

Elizabeth Bauer-Barker serves as Visual Art Department Chair and is in her 30th year at Lebanon High School in southwest Missouri. From 2019-2023, Elizabeth served on NAEA’s EDI Commission. She was the 2022 National Secondary Art Educator Award recipient and currently serves as the treasurer for MAEA. She is a graduate of the School for Art Leaders in Bentonville, Arkansas in 2022. She sponsors NAHS and enjoys organizing mural projects, art trips and cultural diversity fairs for her community.
