Learn more about research exploring the new concerns of an Orientalist gaze. Specific examples of art, teaching, and curatorial practice will be provided along with suggested strategies for resistance to this gaze and by using a diversified theoretical framework of "hospitality and strangeness" and world café methodology as a relevant pedagogical and research approach.
