NAEA is a "for members, by members" association. At Delegates Assembly, representatives from state and provincial associations and Interest Groups weigh in on and provide recommendations to the NAEA Board on policy matters, legislative actions, and other important issues that impact NAEA members. Reports are given by committees and the NAEA Executive Director. The work is directed by the four Regional VPs. This is an open assembly; nonvoting attendees are welcome to observe the full day of proceedings.
