Art teacher-turned librarian, Ms. Phillips has a Master’s degree in Art Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. In her art teacher life, she previously served in the roles of her school’s Fine Arts Director and Teacher of the Year. Keeping connected to the art world, Ms. Phillips leads art workshops and presentations at state, national, and international levels. She is an award-winning artist with a passion for inspiring students and fellow educators to embrace their creative potential.
