About me
I am a PhD student in Literacy Education at the University of Minnesota, a graduate instructor in the Department of Curriculum & Instruction, and coordinator of the Curriculum and Instruction Library. I’m currently engaged in research exploring ways to increase students’ climate literacy using children’s and young adult literature and theatre. Recently published work includes “The HOPE Framework: A Literacy Strategy for Identifying Hope in Narratives as a Response to Young People’s Eco-grief” and “Developing Climate Literacy Through Artistic Practice.” Both can be found in the journal Climate Literacy in Education.
