About me
I'm a Ph.D. student in the Arts Administration, Education & Policy program at The Ohio State University. This is my first AAAE Conference, and I look forward to learning more about the AAAE community. As a member of AEA & SAG-AFTRA, I'm interested in the future of unions, wages, precarity, and equity in education and the arts & culture sector. I'm also interested in the cultural drivers in higher ed arts and the arts & culture sector and how they influence hiring and other business practices in departments and organizations. Prior to entering the Ph.D. program, I ran a university theatre program, and I'm eager to hear visions for performing arts education.
