About me
For the past five years as the School Partnership Manager at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, I have connected Boston students and teachers with Museum through Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS). I teach preK-12th grade students in the Museum and the classroom, train and coach teachers in VTS, and conduct research on the impact of the Gardner’s School Partnership Program. I also manage the Gardner Museum's paid Teens Behind the Scenes program, and I'm an adjunct professor of art at Simmons College. I am a member of the editorial board of the Viewfinder, the NAEA Museum Education Division’s online publication, and I've previously worked at the Andy Warhol Museum and Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh. I hold a BA from Vassar College and a Masters in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
