2025 NAEA National Convention

I currently serve as the Past President of the Georgia Art Education Association (GAEA) and chair the Fine Arts Department at Burke County High School. Additionally, I am an adjunct professor at Augusta University, where I teach MAT art, Content Literacy, and Advanced Inquiry in Educational Studies. I have also served as an AP College Board Reader and content creator for Art of Education University AOEU.

My recognitions include being named the GAEA Secondary Educator of the Year in 2015, the STAR Teacher in both 2016 and 2019, and the Teacher of the Year (TOTY) for Blakeney Elementary School in 2012, Burke County in 2013, and Burke County High School in 2017.
